Today energy as one of the key tools in developing and growth in the countries plays an important role planning. Therefore, understanding the relationship between the prices of different energies can help countries in the planning. In this article, the researchers will show how the relationship between market conditions and structure of crude oil and natural gas can realized by means of the method of conditional GARCH copula. In this way, relying on the copula theory joint distribution has been considered for variables free of the assumption of normality and linear correlation. For this purpose, the monthly prices of crude oil and natural gas as of 01/01/1992 to 30/12/2015 A.D is used. Results indicate that the relationship between the price of crude oil and natural gas, is an asymmetric dependence. This means that the correlation between the prices of crude oil and natural gas when oil prices increase (positive shocks in oil prices), mostly when oil prices are decreasing (negative shocks in oil prices).
